I ordered two suits from Myntra in October ****, but I received some wrong item, when I raised this request to Myntra they accepted my return request but their pickup guy never came and they kept rescheduling the return pickup date and time daily. Once the return window time was closed they canceled the return and told me that they delivered the right product to me. I asked them multiple times and lodged complain in NCH but they told everytime that they some video proof for this that they have delivered the right product to me. And when I asked them to show the video to me then they denied for this. This is just insane.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
