Chocotown - Wrong item delievered

I have ordered * boxes of lindt chocolate vide customer id **** map id ******** dated ** March on choco Town item value *** plus delivery charges *** total **** payable on delivery but on **/**/** I took the package by paying **** but to surprise I recieved nesacfe * in * caramel sachet pack instead of lindt chocolate * boxes I immediately called their customer care no but it was switched off as such I e mailed my grievence but till now no reply ,as per your website already one complaint is lodged in which same type of cheating is done to him also.
It is just an request that this company does not cheat other consumer in this manner

I ordered chocolates worth **** rupees and have received * bottles of davidoff coffee and an expired jar of lotus biscoff spread. Their email id does not exist and mobile phone is turned off.
