Javed K Aga filed complaint against Flipkart on Jun 11, 2022
I ordered an Intel core i* ***** Processor from Flipkart (Seller Name: TBsmart) for an amount of *****/- Rs. I received the order today and when I opened it, there was no i* ***** CPU inside the box. It was some Malaysian **** manufactured AMD Sempron Processor which was diffused in Germany, as you can see in pictures attached. On top of this Flipkart is selling these products as Non Returnable. It means that Flipkart is allowing such sellers to sell counterfeit products on its platform. This is really absurd and very unethical for company like flipkart to allow such sellers to sell products on its market.
I demand an immediate replacement with an original i* ***** processor to be opened in front of delivery boy so that the authenticity will be verified.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
