I have ordered food and mistakenly I have ordered it on a wrong address. The person that the zomato has allocated for the delivery of the same refused to deliver it at the correct address. It was just * to * passed from the time at which I have ordered I tried to cancel the order but it said that charges will be cut as the food is in process.
I confirmed from the restaurant they said they have jot yet started cooking the same. Before I conveyed to them on email, I cancelled my order and also I told them if the order is actually getting ready then you can deliver the same to my home address in the same location of the restaurant. But they ignored the same too.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
