GOFIRST AIRLINES - Wrong information given to senior citizens causing immense inconvenience

On * different calls with GoFirst Customer care advisors, each informed us that our parents who are senior citizens with ailments along with an elderly person had to arrive * hours in advance for their Mum to Sharjah flight. They were told that they needed to do the RApid Antigen test at the T* airport and then board the flight and collect their baggage directly in Sharjah. When my parents arrived at T* at *:**pm, they were informed that they would not be allowed to enter until *:**pm as the tests will only be conducted at Kannur. Moreover, they were told that they needed to collect their baggage and re check it in at Kannur, and do the tests, all in a matter of *.* hrs. Inspite of numerous calls confirming the details, the ground staff gave us completely different information causing a serious inconvenience and danger to my parents, with my Father being ** years and a heart patient. If reliable and correct information was conveyed to us, we would have never booked this ticket, since this flight comes with major challenges, especially for senior citizens.
