While I was booking a product, flipkart's website displayed "GST invoice not applicable". But when I received the product, they billed GST in it. I wanted to show this expense in my company's account but was forced to make shopping on personal name as GST was not applicable. I showed them the screenshot and their customer care executive accepted the mistake but closed my case saying "once invoice is generated,nothing can be done". I requested for a refund cheque or gift voucher of similar amount, but they denied every request.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
