Tata Cliq App - Wrong incomplete Product

Hello team ,

Thank you for connecting with me in short time over the thread.

I really appriciate if some one will take this case on serius note.

Since this is completely fault from seller aide that he sent the product with black color. Also he called me for the same few days back before one day to advice that he is not having the silver color product, can he sent the black one which I refused to do so.

Now i don't know what investigation team is doing,they blindly says that they sent the silver color cell phone while the order id or order it self tells that seller had sent an black color device.

Please work on this case on appriciate attention.

I will be raising an FIR and raised a griverance.

Also please share your all findings since I would like to know what kind of rubish investigation is there presented towords the resp customer.
