Dear Team,
I have purchased online product for *** and ***..both product I haven't received and after complaint that I have received msg from courier partner that delivery failed..but no resolution provided by Tata Cliq company..
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
