Tata Cliq App - Account disabled

I have an active Westside order of * tshirts and * shorts on the tata cliq app. Suddenly, when i opened the app to check status of this order, i realised i am unable to login. It kept saying ‘otp is already verified, please try after generating a new one.’ After emailing them, they said my account is disabled due to high returns apparently. I told them to call me or connect me with someone as i have an active order. They didn’t even inform me about account disabling before. I would not have placed the order otherwise. I did not even know excessive returns is a problem. I dont think i have that many returns. How do i get it activated? I need to check delivery of my current order and fix this issue. I dont want my account disabled. Aren’t they supposed to atleast give you a warning of this? Or what is the return ratio?
