I had purchased Tata punch financed by Indian Bank but the dealer record it as Mahindra finance. RC prepared but wrong hypothecation shown there. I have contacted many times to their senior managers but they didn't respond. Till date one yr completed but the problem not solved.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
