I Had Given My Car To An Authorised TATA Service Centre (Moscot Motors Aligarh) for *rd Service and for minor work in insurance claim on ** January till *pm for left side headlight change and back side minor dent on diggi and they said I have to wait ** to ** Days. I hand Over my car key on Nusrat Hussain GM service trust, he also know that my car will transfer in body shop department after service in Insurance claim to change left headlight and dent on back (diggi) for ** to ** Days.
When I came back on **th February to receive my car.. I called Mohar (Assoceries department for music system issue) and I insert key and I felt on ** January last *Pm when I handover my car key at ****+ something then I called Ankit Rajput (body shop boy)and he told me check whats app group when i checked the photos of **th January **** at **:**Am I found at **** ater (** hours) According to me **KM+ but I thought leave it. Now, I started my car to move ahead the zigzag motion is started (left right) I got reason from your side? "Sir you car is not park on plane surface" then a employee (slim body) came and suggest me to fill nitrogen and check air pressure! After procees he suggested me to drive car I felt many times and I suggest please you final drive and found the issue he assured me that Zigzag up -down - left right is normal process.
I came back and I started my car to go home after ** minutes on safe lane drive I freed my hands from sterling my car was moving towards right side. Other issue of the focal length of new left head light. I reached home and inform in what's app group about headlight focus length next day Mr. Ravi Pathak (service GM) I informed about issues in car like alignment is moving right side, Engine noise he suggests me to go Bulandshahr. I received call for service feedback I informed all the problems and after few days when I feel my car interior is vibrating when i started my car neutral.
Then I file complaint to direct Tata motors.
Someone came from Tata motors for pick up my car and I suggest him
Kindly take photographs of car body for my security. When I see photos my car bumper has gap. I complaint next day immediately. This case was opened on * March **** that my car was hit by someone.
But now Mr. Hemant Nigam want to proves that he delivered my car in good condition and I hit my car. But he have no close right angle photo of bumper till **th February as I found at my home. As well I found married invitation car which was namely invited for * employees of Moscot and I have a photo after zoom closely we can see bumper gap clearly .

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
