On *th July ****, I utilized your free pick-up and drop service for my car's second free service. Unfortunately, while the driver was returning my vehicle, he was involved in an accident. I got a call from Mr Shashank pandey at around *.** pm and he informed me about this accident. While I am relieved to hear that the driver is unharmed, my car sustained significant damage as a result of the accident.
Given that the damage occurred while my vehicle was in the care of your service center, I request the following actions be taken promptly:
*.Replacement Vehicle or Compensation: Due to the significant depreciation in the value of my car resulting from the accident, I request that Tata motors teechwheels service center jagatpura jaipur (Unit of first mobital Pvt Ltd) either replace my vehicle with a brand-new one of the same make and model or provide compensation reflecting the diminished value of my vehicle post-repair.
*. Alternative Transportation: Provide a loaner vehicle or compensate for alternative transportation costs while my car is being repaired.
Insurance and Liability: Ensure that the service center's insurance covers all costs related to this incident, as I do not want this claim to affect my personal insurance premium or zero depreciation coverage.
