I have ordered Whirlpool * star fridge but I received * star entirely different product. Now when I complained they are telling I have opened the box before installation team came. But I opened because fridge doesn't require installation. It's just *** liter normal fridge. Now they are not taken back or not paying the difference in price. I received the product on *th January q& contacted same day. Even I send email to customer service management also... But no response. My order ID is *********
