Divyam Gupta filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 10, 2019
I had ordered * items on **th August, *:** PM on Swiggy, of which * items were Paneer Parantha and Matar Paneer Parantha.
However, both the items were missing Paneer in it.
The Swiggy team was absolutely dismissive in their chats and even after admitting the fault, said they will not compensate me and abruptly closed the issue without my consent.
It's not about the money but more about the fact that they are forcing me to pay for what I didn't even order.
