I ordered a chocolate truffle cake for my dad from a bakery called cake lounge through zomato on ** Jan ****. I received a really low quality cake of different flavor and nobody ate it at the party. I saved it thinking i will atleast get a replacement and it was almost untouched(just cut one piece to see what its like from inside, definitely not a truffle cake). I called that bakery but no response, i talked to the customer service but they said that they wont refund or exchange the cake rather gave me cliché responses like they are sorry for my bad experience. The whole birthday got ruined and i was left super embarrassed. Worst experience ever.
