I have ordered for two mix veg uttapams from brijwasi centrum restaurant but when I get the item it contains two masala dosa no utappam in my package for which I have paid. When I have reported this issue to swiggy customer care they in spite of regretting and providing me with my original order talking me rudely and saying I can't do anything in this and closed the chat. This is really unbearable this makes me think twice before ordering again through swiggy and I will also not suggest anyone order through it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
