I ordered food online on Zomato by mistake. Immediately i contacted to their customers support to cancel the order and tell them i was placed by mistake i want to order another dish. They decided to cancel. Till now i was ok for me.
After delivery i found i got wrong food and when i again contacted to support them they said neither refund nor replacement will be given for this order.
And after Many argument they said we created a case and or team will contact you. Now it is more tham ** days. Still no answer after remind them again and e.
This was how Zomato ripped my *** rs.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
