I am a Swiggy one premium member. I had ordered a chicken seekh kabab from dum safar biryani on July *, order number -#************. The driver switched the orders and gave my order to someone else and their order (chicken Manchurian) to me. I gave back the order and raised a complaint against Swiggy, they replied by saying that they have passed the feedback to the restaurant and that a refund is not possible, the bill was of *** rupees, I had paid online so I didn’t get my money back and neither did I get my food. On July ** I had ordered a chicken kabab from Hyderabadi handi biryani, Order number - #************, the bill for the kabab was *** + taxes, this time the item was different from what I ordered so I raised a complain again but got the same response, I contacted the restaurant and they said they were ready for a refund through Swiggy but Swiggy didn’t initiate one. Being a premium member they have really bad service and no way of contacting them except email which takes *-* hours and that too with the same response all the time that they will pass a feedback. I somehow need my money back and hope for better service from Swiggy
