Agoda and IndiGo - Wrong flight booked because of technical error

I booked my flight from Lucknow India to Delhi India on * August **** and I booked for **th of August at *:** AM and when I booked my flight it was *:** AM flight but i got confirmation for *:** PM flight in the same airline from #Lucknow India to Delhi on **th of August and when I checked my manage booking page on agoda website it was clearly showing that it’s *:** AM then when I clicked on view booking it was showing that *:** PM and i got the mail confirmation for same then I called the airline that airline told me that it was a technical fault from the Agoda you should call them and ask them for a refund and I called them and I told them all the situation which happened and I told him that it was a technical fault from your end so I need a refund so that I can book my new flight they asked me for screenshot as proof I gave them screenshot they asked me for * to * days for investigation and they told me that meanwhile you can book another flight I booked it because of dynamic pricing and after five days I got a message that it was not a technical fault from our end but it is clearly showing on the screenshot that it’s a technical fault cause and i asked for a proof from their end they declined on mail and now that they saying that we don’t proceed for the full refund we need to cancel your flight as per our policy so they’re doing such a fraud thing and I need my refund.
