Agoda and IndiGo - Refund pending

Indigo airlines India has refunded ₹**** after cancelling a fight on *nd dec ****,with PNR RL*KYY with Agoda flight booking ID *********. However Agoda refuses saying there is ₹* refund and hasn't refunded till yet .
