Agoda and IndiGo - Canceled my flight and still dint receive my amount

I've canceled my flight ticket with Itinerary number CWI**T with indigo which I booked via Agoda. I called and checked with Indigo and they already refunded my amount to Agoda on **th of August but till date. I dint receive that amount in my bank account from Agoda
