Uppcl - Wrong electricity bill

Our current total reading in meter is **** but one week before when meter reader took reading and send bill of reading ***** and now they and send us the total bill amounting RS ***** and there is no prior pending bills are there now we don't know what to do and we are facing too much mental pressure because of the same.
As there is no remedy expected from the department we hope that you will help us as soon as possible.
