i have regularly paid electricity bill vide bill No ********** in uppcl and in the month of sep i faced bill of Rs ***** and after application of my father the same was cut to Rs **,***. I have paid regularily the bill at uppcl site and we are also not using any heavy loaded item at my home. i have also spoken to SDO Ramnagar the refused to change the meter . not i nor my family member was cheking the meter but was done by the meter reader then how this huge amount comes?? pl rectify.
