I had pay my electricity bill till january on **th janaury ****.
from january to till now {august} not a single man come from uppcl department to generate the further electricity bill & one day ago a worker of uppcl department come and siad to generate electricity bill of ***** without subtracting the previous meter value .he said to me that there is some problem in your meter that's why he can't subtract the previous paid bill.
he also said that he can't do any thing regarding this problem.you have to pay that amount......
I want to know who's fault is this...?
Why they not come every month to generate my monthly bill...?
