Chandan Kumari filed complaint against DHBVN on May 14, 2020
I have received the bill in April **** of rs. ***** for ****.** units @ rs.*.*/Unit (without reading). It is not possible to consume by a small family in a billing period. Some example are-
Nov ****- rs *****-**** Unit, Mar ****- rs *****-**** units @*.* and i have complained for it but without any result i paid it. I always receive the bill without reading and paying higher rate or a big amount after taking loan. I have complaint by online and in office ( I have all proof) but, no one taken it serious and always i paid it by Loan from Bank. At present i complained CMPF*********** (but without any response this is closed as massage received). I am loosing my mental capacity due to these harassment and i have complaint the same by e-mail lot of times. I would like to request you, Please let me know how can i come out from this continuous harassment doing by DHBVN.
