Severe Harassment by Myntra
I ordered a Mango Blazer on ** May ****. Instead of the Blazer, I was delivered jeans. I immediately requested for a refund and posted the pictures. The return was accepted but the delivery agent refused to take the delivery back. It has been over ** days and every day they say they will pick up but every morning return pickup gets cancelled without anyone coming to pick up the product. I have spoken to Myntra helpline at least ** time and each time they say sorry but the issue is not resolved. All the potential customers be warned, Myntra sucks in their returns.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
