I live in Gorakhpur.I requested for a new remote and on **th July and person came from D*h and after tuning the remote wrongly deducted Rs *** and further asked for Rs *** and by rule of Videocon D*h only Rs *** is charged for new remote. Well, I denied to take new remote and asked for my wrongly deducted Rs *** but the man told me that amount would be credited within a week but no amount has been credited. I have complained about it but in every email they reply we will sort out the problem soon but they are not refunding my wrongly deducted amount. My service request number is ********* and my customer Id is ********.
The person came to my home is Devendra Maurya. So if name of this person came to you from Videocon d*h in Gorakhpur kick him out immediately.
