I had requested VideoconD*H to re-establish the connection on **nd May. Initially, request raised on **nd of May for unlocking the connection. Three months payment of **** INR on *th June was paid towards the re-establishing the connection as per the customer care executive suggestion. In spite of that connection was not working. Several complaints have been raised with D*H so far apart from moving the complaints to the next day. Complain numbers with D*H *********, *********, *********, *********, *********. Videocon is not doing anything. Customer care is extremely poor and no assurance is given so far. Apart from the regular message that we have escalated no actions have done so far.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
