Videocond2h - Not adhering to TRAI rules

As per TRAI I have selected create my own pack amounting to Rs *** above. Whenever I call customer service they always say come back after ** minutes. But through ala-carte channels are not shown. It has been two months no support from customer care. Now I am fed up. Kindly look into it.
