Amazon - Wrong CPU Delivered Ryzen 5 Ordered Ryzen 3 Received Order

I ordered AMD Ryzen * **** Series Processor worth Rs.**,*** (Order #***-*******-*******). I received AMD Ryzen * ****G - a completely different and cheaper processor. I reported within ** minutes of delivery on April *, **** with photographic proof.

Amazon's investigation failed incorrectly - weight check is invalid as both Ryzen * and Ryzen * have same physical weight. Amazon refused return citing non-returnable policy which does NOT apply for wrong items.

Agent Shabana promised refund via official email. Agent Monica promised refund publicly on Amazon India official Instagram @amazondotin. Despite written promises - no refund given.

My account was blocked unfairly when I raised legitimate complaint. Legal notice sent to grievance-officer@amazon.in and CEO bansalv@amazon.com. NCH complaint filed.
