Dell - wrong country of manufacturing

wrong information broadcasted on website.
the manufacturing was mentioned India. but the delivered product shows made in China, this was under exchange and my old laptop is also lost. formatting my old laptop in a place where net speed is slow. took me more than ** hours as the data was sensitive and had to be thoughroly removed. by doing this they are playing with the helpless customers patience. I was supposed to give it to my father as a birthday gift. but he rejected as it is of china. whose fault is this.
