I kindly inform you that in the current month I got two messages of value-added service activation but I didn't activate those services. For that reason, I got billed for which service I didn't activate and the company's representatives didn't cooperate with me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
