Praharsh Bora filed complaint against Vodafone Idea on Aug 8, 2019
It is to bring to your notice that I am using Vodafone no. ********** and ********** for the past ** years.
In the month of June ‘**, I visited Nepal just for * hr and during that period , I have been charged heavily by vodafone (approx. **** extra) on my no. **********.
Then I filed the complaint (*********) with vodafone but did not get any response, then my no. was deactivated and then I was forced to pay the bill.
In the July’** bill also when I was in INDIA only and not visited any foreign country still I have been charged for international roaming on both the nos.
When I talked to the customer care, they told me that the bill has been wrongly charged and the same would be corrected in next ** hrs.
Complaint nos were ********* and *********.
But today I recd a call that reversal of the bill is not possible.
vodafone is not telling the correct usage and just charging the bill wrongly

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
