I had ordered a red colour silk saree, but the saree that I have received is of an entirely different colour and extremely cheap cloth. I feel this is a fraud company and they are fooling innocent customers. The mob no ********** they have mentioned on the package is permanently switched off and the mob no of the lady who called is also switched off. Police must be informed to take action against this fraud company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
