I have ordered one WD * TB hard disc from lapalfa.com on **-**-****. But the order was not despatched by the merchant. After so many phone calls and mails they shipped one damaged different company hard disc to me via Indian speed post on **-**-****. Again after so many calls and mails they replied to me to send the faulty product to them via Indian speed post and then they will refund my money. I have sent the faulty product to them on **-**-**** and it was delivered to them on **-**-****. But after that they are not responding to any mail or phone calls and not refunding my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
