Lapalfa - Dead battery No customer contact no refunds

I have purchased battery for my ASUS laptop from lapalfa. I received, when tested on my laptop I found it's dead, for further confirmation I have tried on other laptops but of no use. When trying to connect with customer care all numbers are switched off. Nobody is responding on call, WhatsApp. Now, I am very worried about my hard earned money.

It's fraud. They will not deliver you the correct item as mentioned on the website.

Lapalfa – Received duplicate product Closed
The charger which was received is not original. The orginal seal was already open and they had taped seperately. They used orginal changer box and sent fake/duplicate one.
