Zookr.in - Wrong and defective product delivered and company refuse to change it

Sir i am Siddharth singh i ordered sound box from zookr.in model name zoomstar jio boombox but i recieved another product which is very bad and defective not working.. In description of their site product shown is very good and have good specification but the product which is delivered is very bad.. I want my product which is showing in the description.please help me . My order no is.. *dee*d**-*e**-**ed-aa*e-***e********. And my order is zoomstar jio boom box and tracking number is ************* and resistered mobile number is ********** i oredered the product due to its discriplition but i another product of very cheap quality and defective which is not working.. And its images and unboxing video are listed below that show..
