I ordered my Nike Air Max Bella shoes from myntra which had a defective product and packaging. Even after chatting with them, calling them multiple times, they didn't provide me with a refund or a return for the used product that they delivered to me. Instead of helping me they created false statement that they checked the product before but it's totally wrong.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
