I ordered a sony bravia *** cm full HD tv on amazon which was delivered on **/**/****. The box was of sony bravia but the product inside was a damaged videocon tv. I raised a complaint on **/**/**** amazon Customer care. They conducted an investigation. On **/**/**** amazon called and said the investigation has been closed a correct product was delivered therefore no refund or replacement is possible.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
