Flipkart - Wrong and damaged laptop delivered

I had ordered an HP laptop with an HP Intel Core i* **th Gen *****H - (** GB/*** GB SSD/Windows ** Home) **-fr****TU Thin and Light Laptop from Flipkart. However, the delivered product contains an Intel Core * ***U processor, which is completely different from my order. The delivered product does not match my order specifications. Additionally, the laptop received is physically damaged/broken.

I would also like to clarify that I was not present at the time of delivery. The product was received by my mother, who was not aware of the open-box delivery inspection process or the technical specifications. Therefore, the product could not be checked at the time of delivery.

I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, but I have not received any proper assistance. My return request is also being rejected, and I am not getting any resolution.

I request a full refund for this order as I have been delivered a wrong and damaged product.
