Fastroly.com - Wrong and cheap item delivered

I ordered a dark pink dress from this website and I did not make payment. I was getting calls from them and they shared a link for payment through which I made payment and for some days there was no response. Later on, when I messaged them continuously they sent me a low quality synthetic striped top. I sent an email on the given id and messaged them on messenger for order return and there is no response since then. The payment shows as done to shopkio.com. There is some fraud going on. Order no. is FT************
