A piece which costed Rs ***/-. I have received my courier on cash on delivery because that is the only option they provided. The person delivered and left collecting the cash immediately on **th May ****. I checked the courier and it wasn't the one I ordered. I immediately emailed images to the email provided on the website. The phone number doesn't work. it is been *days. No response.

According to them to raise return query you are requested to contact us via email to care.fastroly@gmail.com with return request along with order number and reason to return the product.
You need to raise your return query with images of broken/defective/damaged products within * days of delivery. Additionally, we also need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that our customer support team can check your case and help you with the return process. You will get return instructions from our customer support team within ** working hours after the receipt of the email.
The product should be properly packed with all the tags that you received with your product. If we receive the parcel with improper packaging then we shall not accept it.
While returning our product to us after the return instructions from our customer care team, you will be compensated for return courier charges and for other cases you have to bear the courier charges. Kindly pack the returned product well when you are returning the product so that it reaches to us in good condition.
All returns & refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Fastroly and the decision of Fastroly will be final.

No response on email. Also, the phone number doesn't work and on Facebook and Instagram, everyone is stating them as a fraud.
