Ordered one Kurti worth Rs. ***/- on cash on delivery mode of payment. However, I was disappointed to see a Kurti worth Rs.***/- which was totally different than the one ordered was delivered to me. Tried e-mailing, calling fastroly.com but no revert. Also, the courier partner does not take my calls. Name of courier agency is shopping fax.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
