I was bought one m* smart band+ free universal mono Bluetooth ear pad from zookr.in on **.**.**. I paid through paytm wallet. I was delivered this product on **.**.** through logistic partner Pickrr to my destination at Shegaon Dist Buldana Maharashtra. When I open the envelope I found that with this product any type of invoice was attached. The outer carton of the product didn't have Manufacturer Name/importer name / packing date. The user manual is in English and Chinese. But the letters are very small and in faint colour. Which was unable to read. So I didn't activate the product. I was trying to call on customer care. But lot of trues u am unable to contact the customer care number. Then I mail to help@zookr.in and complaint about this product but I was not getting reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
