redbus is my only travel partner. I book tickets in redbus because they will have good list of buses. In the same mind set booked * tickets for volvo sleeper - shama sardar travels ( chennai to Coimbatore ) redBus mTicket

We were * ladies and * gent. Bus came only at **:** AM. Bus conditions was worst than dog catching vehicle used by municipality. Bus reg no : nl ** b ****. How they have given the permit for this bus to ride between chennai to Coimbatore as sleeper.
Dirty bus full of dust and mosquitoes
Curtain and bed were worst ever.
Felt like vomiting on the whole.
They have charged Rs **** for one ticket.
Nothing worked inside the bus.
Worst and horrible experience first time with red bus. I require complete refund from red bus to provide this bus as travel option in their list. Without screening these buses it should not be included in the red bus list. If not going to file complaint on red bus.
