The urban company agent offered offline services of filling gas in my AC and as per Urban Company rules if a service is provided by urban company agent outside urban company application then the customer is eligible for a *** percent refund. Now when I have complained about the agent offering services outside urban company application. The customer care is denying to provide ***% refund to me which is absolute cheating and deceit. This is so unprofessional and unethical. I want my refund back at any cost.
