Subhasis Samantaray filed complaint against Eureka Forbes Dr aquaguard on May 25, 2020
I have a Dr Genius Water purifier from Eureka forbes and it's under AMC till *th Feb ****. I have raised a complaint on **th April that my water purifier is not functioning well and it is in reserve mode. Complain No-**********. I know there is a lock down, so i expect delay, but when Govt relaxes norms after *rd May i feel these people will ensure my service request and do the needful. But after my several calls and mails there is no response from them, every time i call they told me they will escalate but nothing has happened so far. I have also complaint through twitter marking the CEO, no response. As a basic necessity i have to buy water canes and finally have to purchase one more RO water purifier from kent to ensure water available for my Family. They are saying they are friends for life, is this the service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
