Dear Sir / Madam, I have recently purchased a Hp laptop from one of your authorized dealer. Hp laptop **-DU **** TX -BATCH NO – CND****VSB date of purchase – **-**-**** but the experience is not as pleasant as it should have been. Even I, myself, would be glad if I didn’t have to write this complaint letter. But, here I am and complaining a bunch about a laptop which I just bought last ** days from hp customer service team has harassment too much my case id- ********** However, the most frustrating part is that it doesn’t even switch on sometimes. Besides, I also paid a good price to purchase this laptop, and therefore, the last thing, which I ever expected from this laptop, was to act like this. Anyway, I won’t complain anymore. as a replacement, or Hp will make a full refund to me.
