Hi.. When we contacted HP support for purchasing rubber feet of my laptop, they told you will get it and they sent quotation of RS .****. Again we contacted HP helpdesk to ensure about inclusion of rubber feet (spare part) in this quotation ,they said quote includes spare part cost and serviceman will come to your place with pair of two rubber feet. Today on ** Aug serviceman came to our house without spare part ,just to say Hi to me. Now help desk is started saying it was just a service charge. spare part was not a part of that quote. Hope calls are recorded ...this misguiding information for customer care cost me **** rupees. Now I requested for refund but they asked me to write emails without proper response.
