Hp Laptap - Company not ready to replace defective product

I did place an order for an HP laptop on **/**/****. Received delivery on **/**/****. Since day one, it has had so many issues like volume, hanging, automatic restart, battery issue etc. I called the first time to HP team on **/**/**** and told them about the issue. They did something remotely through software and the laptop was worked for only * days. After that again the same issues have started. No one is listening from the HP team. They are not ready to replace this defective product. I am not able to work on this laptop. I was supposed to get a wireless mouse and one software after the **-** days of order but still, I haven't got one. They are looting people like that and selling defective products.
